Ok, I am 28 years old. I am 5'2" I am overweight at 200lbs. I have 4 children all by c-section. My youngest child is 18 months. I had my gallbladder removed 5 years ago. Ok for the past year I have been having attacks similar to a gallbladder attack, over the past month they have become sever, I cannot breath when they do happen it feels like someone is sitting on my chest and I get pain that goes up to my right shoulder, I had my heart checked and it is not that but the doctor does not feel the need to check for a hernia. I am now having attacks 4 to 5 times a day again feels like someone is sitting on my chest and I cannot expand my lungs, I get heartburn, indigestion and oddly the hiccups very often, it does not matter if I eat small, big or not at all I will get attacks under many differnt situations. Example I have been involed in a car accident someone hit me, I could barely talk on the phone to 911 becuase I could not breath and I had another attack when I rolled my truck. I am now at the point were I become dizzy/ligtheaded right before and after I have any attack or discomfort in the area right below my chest. can anyone help, I do not know what to do, I am dreading everything I do. I also am now having pain under my right ribs when coughing.
