These are some simple way to cope up with stress . If you experience extreme anxiety or depression it is always advisable to see a doctor

# Take a walk
# Read a book
# Take slow, deep breaths for 5 mins
# Meet a friend for coffee/movie /lunch
# Take a long, relaxing bath
# Hit a punching bag
# Go to a religious place(temple/church) and pray.
# Meditate
# Work in your garden
# Listen to music
# Laugh or cry
# Try a new recipe
# Watch a comic movie
