Hi everyone, just joined this site because it seems pretty decent with lots of topics and loads of information. So now I come to you with a question that has probaly already been asked. I have a problem when I get an erection that my foreskin does not retract, and its not because the foreskin is too tight for the glands to go through, but the frenulum is too short to let it go over my glands comfortably. Lets say I have an erection, I can pull the skin over my glands but it feels uncomfortable. Also when I have sex my forskin moves very little if at all like its suppose to move back an forth over the glands. It doesent really feel uncomfortable when inserting my penis in a womens vagina, but it is frustrating because I dont get that needed sexual sensitivity, and it takes me a long time to ejaculate because my foreskin is isnt retracting. Can someone point me in the right direction for what to do? Frenulum stretchin techniques? And dont mention getting circumsised because that aint happening lol. Thanks for any help. Oh and BTW im a 20 year old healthy man.

I believe there is a small operation done under local anesthesia where they put cuts into the frenulum to lengthen it in a controlled matter. I'd discuss it with a urologist.

It sounds like you have frenulum breve. There are documented cases where stretching the frenulum has been successful. However, it apparently doesn't happen so easily for everyone. There is also a procedure called a frenuloplasty, where the frenulum is surgically reshaped to make for more comfortable sex and foreskin retraction. Eiri said it, though... your best bet is to talk to a doctor or urologist to see what your options are.

I had the same problem plus really tight foreskin. I had a cercumcision but I believe they can just snip the frenulum also or there are some excercises you can undertake. Go to the docter and they will refur you to a urologist who can check it out.
