High Blood Pressure and Hypertension Forum - 160/100 BP - how long to go down after drinking?

noticed my post was moved (http://ehealthforum.com/health/topic11561 8.html) and no longer here.

I would like to have advice on the effects etc like the questions in my post has in it and not some ex alcoholic telling me to stop drinking.
