I was cooking once with my friend that has
hiv and her saliva came in contact with
what I was cooking. I know everyone says
you can't get it that way but I am still
worried about having hiv...

I'm not sure about saliva getting in
contact with food you eat, but I do know
that there are possibilities of
contracting aids through saliva, directly,
because when we are taking swabs for our
life insurance policies, we test for
aids/hiv from the swab.

Almost impossible. Unless you have
bleeding gums, I wouldn't worry.
