I am taking Roxicodone for a back problem. I have taken percocet before, witch contains acetaminophen witch is good with the narcotic in the Percocet. Now I am taken a Roxicodone, it does not have the acetaminphen in it, it has no other substitute in it as a replacement. Why is the acetaminophen not in it and can I take a seperate Acetaminophen pill with my Roxicodone??? Smile
