my son did the same held his BM now he poops as big as my arm yes realy,he even has blood with BM. first of all don't hold your BM's. try a stool softener every other day for about a week it will help make BM's easier and smaller, stop drinking high sugar drinks. drink water and lots of it, this will help clean you all the way out and might help the sweat sent.on the plus if you go to the dr.'s after this at least you wont get constpated as a diagnois.
