When I was younger, I held in my poop. Couldnt be botherd or was busy. Now I smell when I sit. My anus gets sweaty and I take HUGE poops. my breath alsmot smells terribel and my hand have a weird scent. Almost like it's coming from my poures. PLEASE HELP!! is there an OTC Medicine I can take or ..anything ??? :*( thanks guys / Ladies.
