I don't know why you are experiencing these things or for how long. Have you checked with a doctor about your symptoms?
The best way to lower your temperature is to raise it. You can do this by taking some (hehe) Cayenne Pepper. You can get it in an oil base. Just be careful not to burn out your insides. It will make you naturally warmer, sweat, and then feel cooler. You can also take a bath in cayenne and ginger which will also help detox your body and make you feel great.
