Q: Canker Sore Or Syphilis?

Its white/yellow but it hurts...a lot. I've never had a canker sore so I don't know. Any insight?

And it is right by the thing that connects my lip to my mouth? right in the middle of my bottom lip. And its not very big at all. Started out as a red spot that hurt then of course i played with it. now its white/yellow
