Q: Muscle Spasms - can I get muscle relaxers?

i am suffering from back muscle spasms and trying to get muscle relaxers. my chiropractor said it isnt too serious but i need feel somewhat better in 2 days do you think ill have a problem getting my doctor to write me a prescription for them or are they serious and hard to get like painkillers?

If you really are having muscle spasms then your regular doctor will probably prescribe them without you having to ask. Thats what happened with me anyway.

Hello Dan,

Pain medication is not going to solve what is wrong, it is only going to cover up the pain and problem.

Please do see a neurologist and get his/her opinion.
