I had one when sean was 3 days old. It was held by larrys sister in law. I was held at my house. And all my friends were there. I also had a diaper cake!!

I dont know if I want to have a baby shower or not cause I like everyone to come bring me stuff at the hospital when I have the baby you know! jesse wants to have one though!

Well I am having one in june. That will make me 7 months and I am having it then because it will give me time to get stuff I didnt get at the shower and also you never know he could come early. I want to be prepared for this lil guy. Lol at work the other day, I seen a man with a list lookin stressed out so I offered him help and he said his daughter was born 8 weeks early and the shower didnt happen yet and they had nothing! Anyway my bf's ma is throwing it for me. ~ erica.

I had one for my son, but I don't think i'm getting one now. It's cool though, since we don't have any bills piled up we are going to use the income tax money to buy the things we need. Plus I did a wish list on babiesrus for my friends and family, if they want to buy me something.

A diaper cake, is a cake made out of pampers, you could make it to be 2 or 3 layers and then surround it with baby things. I do them all the time for baby showers.

My friend danielle says she gonna throw me a baby shower but she wont tell me when or where or how or nothing, she says it all a suprise but shes not gonna throw me one til my bump gets big lol probably at 6 or 7 months.

My mom is throwing one is june before I leave for the summer to ryans(ill be living at his house for the summer) im pretty excited I dont know why though lol

People dont have showers here-we only see them in the movies & tv! They sound cool though & miranda from sex & the city had a diaper cake! I thought they were made of real cake! I was wrong I guess!

My friend is sposed to throw me my baby shower in late june so i'll prolly just be gettin into my 9th month (i kinda want it at the beginning of june lol) but I dont know if she'll go thru with it... Procrastinator ya know..
But also.. My sis is due 6 weeks after me and (i feel bad sayin this cuz it hurts ) she doesnt really have any friends (well to be honest, shes got her fiance gary and she sometimes hangs out with his friend matt and his gf stacey) but thats it! So I wanna throw her a baby shower but I dont knwo who to invite... What should I do??? I feel so bad she'll feel like caca if a buncha people come to mine and only like 4 go to hers

That happen to my friend once! I had a b-day party for my son and everyone came!! Then she had one like a month later and only 1 person showed up! I felt bad but I told her ahead of time that I wouldnt be able to go! Tell her you want to throw her one and ask her who she wants to come. That way if a lot of people dont come she will think you only invited the people she asked for.

Weird lol I was just goin to post about this! Im havin my baby shower may.2nd at 1:00pm... We just filled out all the invitations (theres 36 people invited so I figure at least 25 or 30 will come cuz most is family except like 8 people, I didnt invite all my friends from school) but I am sendin out my invites tonite* im excited, my mom and sis are plannin it for me thankfully, im a bad planner.
