So I went to have dinner with friends last night and lugged all this stuff plus Nanni to the door and when it opens she just stands there. So I kinda help her with her arm and her arm slid out of her jacket sleeve and her coat came up and choked her a little bit. No biggie,, though. We go in, set everything down, hang out for about 10 minutes, sit down on the couch and she is laying on my chest and I'm just patting her back. All of a sudden she looks up at me with this worried expression, does this little whimper, and then pukes up her entire meal and the 5 or so frosted sugar ookies the babysitter let her have Rolling Eyes . IT was disgusting, and what's worse is that I was at a person's house who doesn't really care for children. Maybe Hannah did it on purpose? I dunno. She was just fine the rest of the night, playing laughing, etc. I however, had to borrow pants. I was fetid.... Shocked

She's fine, I guess-nothing at all yesterday. I did get a phone call from my "friend" about how she thinks her couch stinks. I said "How is that possible, when the puke was all over ME?" I am so seriously never taking my kids to her house again. The last time we were there, I thought they were well-behaved but the next day she was giving me a hair cut and said "I wanted to drop-kick your kids last night". Of course, I didn't say anything because she had my hair in her scissors. Also, she didn't come to Geneva's birthday party because she "doesn't like kids" but then she is all fakey to her. Grrrrrrr

oh god thats horrible. she sounds like a bit of a you know what. kids just do that stuff sometimes. before me and rich had kids his brother brought his three over and his daughter had just been someplace where they had a veggie tray. well she had pigged out on the raw broccoli and wouldn't you know it, a pound of broccoli didn't sit well in her stomach so she barfed it all up on our floor and leather sofa. it was soooooo nasty. but a normal person laughs it off, shows some concern for the poor kid, cleans the floor and furniture and moves on! these people forget that they were once kids themselves.

This is something I think about every time I hear someone complaining about children. They were probably the most annoying children, at that!

No offense! But your friend dosen't sound like the nicest person in the world! I don't think I'd be taking my kids to a place where they were CLEARLY not wanted! Have you ever said anything to her. Maybe she dosen't realize what's she's saying or doing, or how she's REALLY acting?!
