I believe I am pregnant. I have not had a period the whole month of march and I have yet to get it in april. But i've been having little fluttering pains in my right ovary. That wouldn't mean miscarriage would it?

No. Signs of a threatened miscarriage are very heavy bleeding, painful aches in the lower back, and severe abdominal pain. Maybe you can mention the fluttering feelings to your doctor on your next visit, but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about.

Good luck
