Past week I have woken up twice with the tv remote in my hand , the first time I just thought I must have left it on and fallen asleep but I remember putting the remote on the bedside table both times , I just wake up feeling as if ive havnt really had much sleep and staring at the tv , holding the remote ,I feel like Im going crazy has anyone had this happen to them?
