Q: Sciatic Nerve Pain?

I am 13 weeks preg can i be having problems with this now so early. I cant walk / be on my feet for long periods of time because im almost in tears and then im still hurting when i sit or lay dawn. Its in my lower back on the right side and starts going down my leg some. And it hurts. I am going to my OB tomorrow and also having another US so im going to also ask about it then.

Anyone have any ideals
