I hardly ever pass on email but I think this email is worth reading! Let me know if anyone knows if the coke items are really true or not???

Water or coke? This is a real eye opener!!

Water
1- 75% of americans r chronically dehydrated
2- in 37% of americans thirst mechanism is so weak its often mistaken for hunger
3- even mild dehydration can slow ones metabolism by 3%
4-1 glass of water will shut down hunger pains for almost 100% of dieters
5-lack of water the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue
6- 8-10 glasses of water a day can ease back and joint pain for sufferers by up to 80%
7- a mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short term memory, trouble with basic math and inability to focus on a computer screen
8-drinking 5 glasses of water a day decrease the risk of colon cancer by 45%, it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79% and one is 50% less likey to develop bladder cancer

coke

1-in many states (usa) the highway patrol carries 2 gallons of coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident
2-u can put a t-bone steak in coke and it will be gone in 2 days
3-coke can clean toilet bowls, remove rust spots, and corrosion from car batterys and loosen grease from clothing
4-it will also clean road haze from your windshield

for your info:
1- the active ingredient in coke is phosphoric acid its ph is 2.8 it will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis
2-to carry coca cola syrup, (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the hazardous material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials
3- the distributors of coke have been using it (coke) to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years!

Now the question is, would you like a glass of water? Or a coke?

Crazy huh? ~ erica.

The steak is a myth.... And so is the cleaning engines... Water does the same thing to the engines as does coke.

Well I dont know about that cuz it does clean rust etc. And car parts , my uncle told me its been used in the past at dlrships (older ones) he works at one, that part actually is true. I know that the steak bone part really isnt. But it is strong stuff.
