Q: Weightloss Tips~i Need Help~

I need to know any tips to lose the most amount of weight in a short time! I have a little over a month! Anyone got ideas? I don't drink soda's or anything with much sugar which is 1 plus! I need any input! Please, help!

Overall, not a good idea. If u lose weight too quick, its never perminate.. Only water weight and therefore it does nothing at all but slow ur metabolism. The only effective weight loss is healthy kind slowly unfortunatly..

Uhm..Stay away from anything thats high in saturated fats or thats made with coconut oil. That should help a lot..Grr..Cant think of anything else right now. Why do you have to lose weight so fast?

i'm going on my senior trip and I wanna lose a little weight, but I only have a lil over a month to do it! I know when I had surgery, I lost over 20 pounds in 3 weeks. Course, I wasn't eating at all!

Well do u care if u gain it back real quick or no? Cuz you will gain it back faster than you lost it if your thinking "quick" weight loss. And you could even gain more than you lost just to prewarn you.... But if you wanna lose it fast, the its obviously not gonna be healthy lol. See I lost like 40 lbs in 2002 of jan how? I barely ate. Literally like 1 meal a day , I drank water all day or anything with caffine to keep me going and I worked my a s s off in the gym. The weight shedded away and then when I moved in with my bf in like dec of 2002, as of like july of 2003 I gained like 35 lbs and now more cuz im preggy. I was like 125 lbs when I lost all my weight be4 I got preggy I was 168 and so far ive gained 10 lbs and im 21 weeks so just becareful when losing weight, is all the advice I can really give ya. When I have my baby, you beter believe the first thing im gonna try to do is lose all my weight asap! Good luck. How much r u lookin to lose anyway? ~ erica.

Oh yeah..Lol. I was gonna give you some advice. I forgot. Okay, 2 summers ago I got really depressed and I decided to take my mind off of things, I was going to work out whenever I started thinking about something sad or whenever I started thinking about my ex. I would run 2 miles every day and do like 60 curl ups, 20 push ups, and 150 toe touches. I lost 30 pounds in about 5 or 6 weeks. It was a little fast, but I was still eating. I didn't starve myself, I just didn't eat as much and I tried to stay away from sugar, saturated fat, and stuff that had high calories or fat. Basically, as long as you're burning more calories than you are eating...You'll lose weight. Don't starve yourself though. I lost 5 pounds in one week doing that, but as soon as I started eating again, I gained it all back plus some. That's because your metabolism slows waaaay down when you don't eat anything. It's basically doing that because it thinks you're starving to death. The only way to really lose weight is to do it by hardcore working out and exercising and having a good diet.

Well see, when I had srugery I couldn't eat. For 2 weeks I might have had 3 or 4 bites of mac n cheese a day. Then the 3rd week I ate maybe a bowl of soup and a bowl of man n cheese a day. I lost around 20 to 25 pounds. I am slowly gaining it back though..... I'm not worried about gaining it back i'll deal with that later. I just want some weight loss for now.....Lol
now, I eat as usual......Too much! And all I drink is water. That's it. Water, so I know that is good. It's the food part I need to cut back on and get more physically active!

I would do as many of each exercise that you can do and keep a record off it each day and eventually you'll notice that you'll be doing more and it'll be getting easier. I'd also try to increase a little each day as you go on. You're right though, exercise alone wont help you lose weight, you have to establish a good diet. Good luck.

Do a search for negative calorie foods in any search engine you wish.. Eat plenty of them and it will help you loose weight! Dont forget working out as much as possible and drinking lots and lots of water. Keeping a diary of what you eat and how much you workout usually helps.

I did this cabbage soup diet one time..It was gross, but it works...It was publishd by the hospital for overweight patients that ned to loose weight really fast for surgery...Ill look for it...

I used weight watchers when I lost weight...It was easy and I lost alot of weight!
