lately i've getting skin pimples all over my body. small, no puss. just itchy. little reddish and but really small. could someone tell me what could it be?

So have i.. especially when i come in contact with certain things.. my hands also swell and turn red.. cortizone helps me though.. it makes the swelling and red bumps go away so it must be just an allergy
