(if uve read my post about my eating disorder then u should know I am posting this in relation) but this is what ive eatin today. .Does it seem pretty 'normal'? Its hard for me to establish normal eating plans. Im trying to eat healthy too of course.
Break fast- grain cereal with milk and peice of veggie sausage.
Snack- apple
lunch- vegetable soup
snack-apple again and some baked chips
dinner-veggie stirfry (brown rice) and 2 tbs peanut butter for protein.
O yea, and a popsicle today.
Equals 1,700 calories...Maybe 1,750 (im a counter) so pretty close to 1,800. My doctor says I should eat from 1800-2,200 cals. What do u think? Seem okay? A little less protein then normal today but im goin to buy some veggie burgers and veggie sausages again tomorrow. Thanks for ur help!!
Im glad I stayed within my cal range today tho.. Ive been goin over and overeating sometimes. .I do it whenever im too stressed which im trying to quit.
