Q: suggestions for losing weight

Hello everyone!!! I am 17, and I have been overweight since the 3rd grade. I finally have gotten sick and tired of being overweight, so I've decided to do something about it.

I have a workout video (Denise Austin- Get Fit Fast), I do it everyday after school during the wk. Through out the day, I watch what I eat. If I eat something that's not that healthy, I only eat a little bit. I also cut my meal down. I only eat 2 times a day, sometimes just 1. (I know it's not good for me.)

It has really worked so far for me. I could tell difference in the 1st wk., and it has motivated me to keep going.

Just thought I would suggest my ideas to anyone out there trying to lose wieght, I know it tough, but don't give up.

Good luck to everyone. Hope I was some help

You can't skip meals because your metabolism will slow down, causing you to gain weight when you do eat. Just stick to a calorie level that is right for you, exercise, and you will see good results. I like to do Denise's tapes and there are many more that are good. Kathy Smith has good kickboxing tapes too.
