I've asked many a doctor about this. I've shown this to them, they've watched me do it and not one has ever had an explanation for it. I can control my blood pressure, in any pinpoint spot in my body. I can make my arm blood-red and hard, or make an extremity go numb. I'm not sure how I do it, I just think about my blood flowing into my leg or hand or knee or whatever. I've raised my blood pressure so high it scared the doctors then made it so low it scared the doctors again. They told me they didn't know what it was but that it might not be healthy on the heart to raise and lower my blood pressure so drastically in such a short period of time. My brother can do this too.
The only theory I can think of is i'm somehow dilating my veins. We both can use it for short bursts of speed in running or lifting objects, getting the blood flowing ahead of time instead of waiting for it to catch up.
All I want to know is if there is some kind of medical explanation. Maybe i'm tricking my body into thinking its doing strenuous work so it pumps blood or adrenaline or something. I don't know. Thats why i'm posting this here.
If someone has ever heard of something like this before. Please let me know, i've grown pretty curious over the years.
Thanks
