Crohn's / Colitis Or Neither? I Need Help Posted: 12-04-07 02:00am
I'm ready to go nuts here everyone. I need
your help. I was hospitalized at the
beginning of the year with really bad
diarrhea and dehydration. Everyone thought
it was a really really bad bug that just
took forever to get over but ever since
then my bowel has been ruining my life. I
had one sigmoidoscopy at the beginning of
the year which didnt show anything worth
worrying about but I had another just a
few weeks ago after finding blood in my
stool and apparently now the doctor thinks
i may have ulcerative colitis or crohn's.
its just they don;t know which one and my
doctor doesn't want to do a colonoscopy
till next year. every morning i
wake up with horrible stomach cramps,
really bad wind...normally a loose
motion...but lately it's been getting
worse and i am also getting a pain in the
middle of my chest, in between my rib
cage. it almost feels like pressure! the
diarrhea has started back up and it's
ruining my life, im too scared to go out
and every night i fall asleep and then
wake up in pain! i've been having a gluten
free and dairy free diet but it hasn't
seemed to help much! i feel lik the
doctors are missing something! please help

Let me tell you. Doctors can not help
crohns disease.
I know someone who used a product called
MMS. He no longer has crohns. You can do
a search on it and find out about it.
Another treatment is explained in a book
by a guy named Jordan Rubin called
"Patient Heal Thyself" The book tells the
story of a young man who was wasting away
from IBS. He figured out how to cure
himself. The book tells about all these
products he went on to produce and sell
that are way expensive. The good part
about the book is that it explains how
these conditions develop and what you can
do to get rid of it. I would not by his
products though. You can find similar
stuff if you look around and shop
carefully. But you do need to understand
how your situation developed and this book
will tell it like it is.
If it were me I would start with the MMS
as I went about educating myself on
causation and management through diet and
herbal therapies.

Your Diagnosis Posted: 04-02-08 13:57pm
It's very common for you to be
misdiagnosed with multiple issues when it
comes to the intestines. I have been
mis-diagnosed with Ciliac for 10 years and
after my father was diagnosed with Crohn's
and seeing that it was a genetic trait. I
got tested and was confirmed no appology
from my Doctors for missing out on bread
for 10 years. But hey thats cool.

Have been having eating problems since I
was a kid. Now that I have been diagnosed
with Marfans, I'm really wanting to find
out just how much of a role the disorder
has played.
Surely your intestines, assophogis ,
stomach etc has a heck of a lot of
connective tissue...combine that with a
possible difference in taste due to the
raised-palette...
Fussy and/or Picky eater...is not a dx I
want to settle for any more...

Normally (If am not mistaken) the early
symptoms of crohns desease starts with
colitis. The more stress you are under the
worse it seems to get. Ultimatly ending up
with the possiblilty of getting crohns. I
have colitis and have had for decades.
Now, it seems like everything I eat goes
right through me to the point a keep 4
liters of gater aid to replentish my
electrolytes.
Try some extra fiber in your diet and see
what happens.
