Hey hun,
i dont know much about eating disorders so im not sure if my advice will help at all. Im glad that your old habbits havent picked up for the babies sake and for your own. Its a dangerous disease...But you know that. You could go back to counscelling (sp?) even if you're not throwing up. It can help you mentally deal with this. Another suggestion could be going to a nutritionist (sp?). I know it sounds weird..Just hear me out. Alright, you can see a nutrionist and get all the information you need about healthy foods etc and than get him/her to help you make meal plans. Treat these meal plans sort of as a strict diet (although its not dieting at all..) if you eat only whats on the plans, it should stop you from giving in to junk foods etc. And if you want, on the meal plans add enough food on it until you think "gosh, I dont think id be able to eat all that!" and just eat what you can. It should help you feel good about yourself. The quantity of which you eat isnt linked too much to weight gain as the quality (which is fats, sugar, etc.) each meal plan should have: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Follow the food guide with the recommended amount of dairy, fruits & veggies, meats & alternative, grain, and other. If you want, I can help you. Im in hospitality class and we've worked on food guides, etc. I hope this helps..Even a little.
Good luck and much love,
