I find that for me, finding something to occupy my time with helped greatly in aiding me to think of something else rather than dwelling on the pain and the problem of finding help or just dealing with it in relation to the rest of my life. I have had my low points--every one has them.
I have numerous things that i do--I go fishing--very relaxing.
I also have fish tanks wich i spend some time on. and i have a companion animal. This i think helps more than any thing. I have to take care of something and he takes care of me
then of course i have ehealth where i come and help or what not and that takes my mind off of me and puts it on something else.
Is there anything in particular that any of you do to help yourselves deal with this or take your mind off of it?
