Q: Taking Aviane - Early Symptoms?

I've been taking Aviane now for 8 months. I've never had any symptoms or problems with this pill, but in just the past 3 days, my breasts (especially the nipples) have become incredibly tender, and a bit swollen. This very rarely happens to me, even over the course of my period. I'm also 2 weeks away from my next due period, which is also bizarre. The last time I had sex was almost a month ago, about a week before my last period (which was rather light.) I read today that acedominiphan and vitamin C can make Aviane less effective, of which I take both regularly. Does this sound like early symptoms to anyone? or could it be something else?

If you think you are pregnant then take a pregnancy test, it's the only way to know.

If you mean acetominaphen (asprin) then no, it does not affect the pills, nor does vitamin C.
