I am a little curious,
When on the pill and your ovulation window rolls around, can you feel sick from that?

I was worried about pregnancy, but I don't think I could be because I had a period.
I had sex the 13th of nov., then my cycle the 20th. Then the 25th I had sex again the tuesday after my period.
From the 13th on I should've been fine since I got my cycle right? And the 25th was not even a week ago so I don't think I'd feel symptoms yet nor was I off the pill or taking it bad or in any fertile window, not that it applys taking the pill. So if I was fine on my pills, and in no ovulation window I shouldn't worry since I didn't ever get pregnant before right?
Hm.

So what could be making me sick?
(I seem to always feel sick after my period, or after sex...it drives me nuts. )
Thanks,
Liveinlove

I'm going to start my reply off with a "by no means am I a professional" and I'm not. Also, moderators, if this is out of line don't be afraid to delete it. I'm a measly PE teacher, BUT I do have a question that you dont' need to answer, just something to think about. I noticed that you said you feel sick after you have sex, and being a male I can say that has happened to me as well, and I finally realized it was just anxiety about the possible repricussions (sp?). Is it possible that the "sick" feeling after sex is related to anxiety? Not trying to imply anything, just something to think about.

You know, that is a valid point.
I mean I always freak out afterwards( a couple of days after) of possibly becoming pregnant when I did take my pills correctly (sometimes a delay but never like 7 or more hours *due to work issues*) but yeah and I haven't so far become pregnant so I worry and think wow this time I could've been less luck.
So you might be right.
I am always worried, and it makes sex unenjoyable and the after effects of stress relieve and what so ever, just goes away.
Thanks, I think I just need to relax and not think about it, its just hard because there's always the if and the odd thought when you are sitting around bored.

But, overall question, can ovulation make someone sick?

Thanks,
Liveinlove :]

Well, if you are on the pill and taking it correctly, you shouldn't be ovulating at all...so I doubt that would be making you sick. The pill itself can cause nausea, however; it is one of the common side effects.
