For about the last month or so i have had my period. But it has been quite strange it will stop and then the next day or so i will get this thick brown output and then some blood will come and it will start up again. It is very frustrating as i am on the pill and was not even supposed to get my period when i did. Someone said to me because i have O negative blood type there is a possibility that i have miscarried (without knowing i was pregnant) and that my body is now creating anti bodies. What do you think it could be and should i see my doctor??

Same Problem
I have te exact same problem. I sometimes have a period that lasts for more than 200 days straight. I am also O negative, I don't take the pill. I have been trying to get pregnant for 5 yrs. Ive seen gynaecologists before and they say that there is nothing wrong with me (to them bleeding for over 7 months must be normal). They tell me to lose weight. Ive gained 6 stone in 4 yrs. Ive done the diets, nothing works. I hope you get things sorted. I would go to the doctor if i was you. Ive lost all hope with my case.
