It isn't even necessarily your back that's
the problem.. if you have a large ribcage,
that can get in the way.. and your ribs
aren't flexible. The best way to see if
you can give yourself a blowjob is to
practice... that's about it. DO NOT do it
if you're hurting yourself. That position
can cause significant damage to your spine
