For the past maybe 4 days, each morning i've woken up with really bad stomach pain, almost similar to menstral cramps but alot worse, and i've been having really bad diarrhea. The weird part of this is that this only happens in the morning and during the day i feel perfectly fine. I dont know if i'm sick or what, because the first day i thought it was just something i ate or food poisoning, but it hasn't gone away yet. I have no idea whats wrong with me or if i caught something but i just need some one's opinion on this. The pain in the morning is HORRIBLE and it's also mixed with nausea although i havent thrown up at all.
