hi..
i have put on pretty amount of weight last 3-4 months and it is really disturbing my sex life.before putting on weight,i used to have good sex.now i rarely have good sex.i don't erect properly and always get soft fast and cum very fast too.i admit that i am in some depression in life over some education and work issues.due to these depressions,i hardly exercise , overeat,smoke alot,and don't get enough sleep.

what i am worried is that ,am i having ED?

is ED reversible?

and i feel my length of my penis has reduced...is this a very serious problem?

please advise.thank you

It is a proven fact that the more weight you put on, the smaller your penis looks. Smoking, eating unhealthy food and not getting proper exercize is bad for your sexual health. Most of the time, these side effects can be reversed with proper exersize, good eating habits and less smoking!

marvel rules here. He is correct, all the things you have been doing to your body because of your depression is causing the erection and length problems. You need to stop doing them and the chances are good that you'll return to your regular sex life. You didn't mention your age, but things also change as you get older.
