Symptoms like sleepiness, tiredness and no interest for sex can be caused by many reasons but in your case it seems that being overweight and depression could be the main causes. With a weight of 220 lbs., it's not possible to feel good physically or mentally. You can consult an internist about the obesity and a psychiatrist or mental health professional about the lack of sex-drive. These two treatment directions might help you overcome these and other feelings.
