We decided that we are going to go off the pill. Does it matter when in the pack that you stop taking it. I hope someone can help me with this. I would like to go off of asap. I am in the 2nd week of the pack. We would like to get preg and I dont take them regularly or correctly I should say., I always forget to take them on the weekends.

Can someone help me?

Ideally you want to finish your pack. That way you get through the month and get your "normal" period on time. This will eliminate breakthrough bleeding and cramping and all of that. You can go off of them whenever you want, but I would recommend finishing your pack. If you find that you miss some pills, however, just quit then instead of doubling up and all of that fun stuff. Good luck on getting pregnant and don't forget to have fun practicing! Laughing
