Did you know that medication such as viagra actually help to relax certain muscles to help men with erectile problems get an erection?

This is actually part of what happens in your sleep. Also, erections are a great way for your penis to get nourished by the blood pumping through it. So you can look at morning erections as your penis' way of keeping itself healthy.

it's completely normal, and it's called MORNING WOOD I still get it once in a while and I'm 19, but now, usually it's because I've had a VERY good dream then I wake up. It sucks doesn't it, since you usually have to pee in the morning and you can't with a boner.
