Yesterday I started sneezing, probably because i'm allergic to dust mites, and straight after I finished sneezing I had a headache which persisted until the next day. Is this normal?

I get headache if I don't get enough sleep, or don't have breakfast- these are my triggers. But of late I've had a few headaches which have persisted to the next morning, usually when I go to be and have a sleep, the headache goes.
