many take TMJ to be a terrible thing but i truly do see it as a beautiful ailment.

It has forced me to regularly work out
take showers often enough
better sleeping hours
eat much much healthier
knowing when to stop
enjoy taking in a nice breathe of fresh air
the beauty in everyone's face no matter how unique
to look inside someone and truly see what type of person they are
to know a true friend from an "in the moment" friend
looking past adversity
loving every moment of life no matter how tough or indiffefferent you feel
knowing that the light you see from day to day isn't an allusion, but a sign of things to come

maturity

Bravo! this is truly a blessing in disguise--it makes you stronger. Im so proud that you are looking at this in a positive light. I find so many people that say it has ruined their life--an ailment cant ruin a life--only the person that has it can ruin their life. you have tmd--it doesnt have you

again bravo!

I'm afraid to say that I can't have this positive of an outlook on TMJ, I admire you for it however.
