Its a hard one, perhaps that could only be answered if threatend with death. Personally I hope I would be brave enough.

Yep I agree. Even if there was a chance neither would live I would have to take that chance because as I tell my husband I wouldn't be able to live with the fact that I killed my baby. I pray I'm never put in that situation.

IF the life of my child was threatened I would most certainly die defending that life using whatever means necessary to protect he/she.

I Agree
And My granddaughter chose the same path. She let her two children be born. These children are indeed loved and cherished.
Could I put myself first to the point of death? I have the belief that everything handed down to us is part of a greater plan. I believe that the days of my life are numbered from the time I come in until the time I go out. Just hope that in the interim, I will live an honorable life and not leave a lot of collerateral damage.

The poll is very vague.
If a crazy guy pulled out a gun and said, "Say that you're pro-choice or I'll kill you!" I'd say I was pro-choice then call the police and prosecute. But I'd be alive.
If a crazy guy pulled out a gun and said, "Kill that baby or I'll kill you!" I'd do my best to avoid death and to protect the baby, but there's no way I'd kill it.
I wouldn't die for empty words that mean nothing to the person, but I would die if my only other choice was to take a child's life.

That's a little contradictory. I hope you mean the second one.
Oh and . I'm not, but still.
