I haven't had periods for some time and have been told hormone levels show I am not ovulating. My doctor has prescribed me dydrogesterone for my low progesterone. Will this kick start my cycle and make me ovulate?

Duphaston or dydrogesterone
Definitely not. Its a synthetic hormone which DOES NOT have the same effect as bio-identical progesterone cream or P4. Very small changes of a molecule can cause big changes in properties.

Some of my young friends got pregnant within 3 months of P4 after a saliva homone test showed low P4.

Go see an anti-aging doctor or a gynae who knows how to use bioidentical hormones before you cause harm to yourself.
