With pregnancy some women have small period of time where they start bleeding. This is nothing to worry about. If the bleeding continues and changes colour then you should be worried.
With my pregnancy I started bleeding and then it stoped and then I had a really large accident at work and the difference in the blood between a miscarrage and what you have is the colour. Also if the blood that your body is excreting is not a dark red or thick and chunky then you are in the clear as the red thick blood is the lining of the endometrium being shed.

Do as the doctor says. Lots of bed rest because perhaps you can be losing the baby. It happened just like that to a friend of mine. I also had a misscarriage last friday : (. I was a couple days from being 3 months. Mine all came at once though. Horrible experiece. Do everything you possibly can to be safe. Good luck
