Q: Red bumps on shaft of penis and biceps - not sexually active

I am 15 years old and for a while now I have noticed tiny bumps on the shaft of my penis. At the bottom of it, theres like a ring that goes around my penis of bumps. And there mostly red. On the back of my penis, there all over the place. There are roughly around 10 bumps on the front. I also have red bumps on my biceps. I'm not sexually active and i haven't had any sexual activities. When I got my physical, I didn't say anything about it but after he was done, he didn't say anything either. So I am just a little worried I might have a something.

Hi, well i have them too and I just the same as you are not sexually active and I am also 15 I have been worried about them too mate but my friend said that he had them and went to get them checked out and the doctor said they are good and are there for extra stimulation during sex and the ones at the base of your penis are for further hair growth so yeah hope that makes you feel better =]
