Q: Chlamydia in throat after oral sex /Can infection be transmitted

I read somewhere that chlamydia can also be found in the throats of women and men having oral sex with an infected partner.
Is it then possible for the infection to be trasmitted to the partner receiving or giving oral, at this point? Or both? Or not at all?
