Q: No Sensation

Hello,

I have no sensation in my penis during sexual intercourse and can not feel when I ejaculate due to a herniated disk that was compressing nerves in my lower back @ S1. I've had surgery since and now it seems not only do I not have sensation but now I can not get erect! Any suggestions and or advice? Wondering if this is a permanent condition??

I honestly can't tell you... but how can you ejaculate without orgasm? I'm curious.
