Is that a good or bad thing if she is?

well i dunno haha , shes nervous to tel lher husband to even buy a test, because he had tried for a vasectomy and they refused him. So she thinks he doesnt want a kid but at the same time he knew she wasnt on birth control. I mean they will be happy im sure, but my sisters like i spent he last 5 yrs changing diapers and ill have to do it all over again because as soon as her daughter was potty trained her son was born. they were talking of a 3rd kid but they were iffy if they wanted another now or later, but she has a feeling that she is pregnant but shes trying to hold out testing lol. Shes been going crazy for a weekwanting to know for sure lol.
