What to do when a child wakes up screaming repeatedly at night before language acquisition allows her to explain what was heppening?
Is there anything wrong?

Night terrors are very common for young children.
It is quite frustrating when you can't communicate. My lil' Nate had night terrors for at least 6 months before he could express what was going on. Although it's normal, I still wondered and worried. Definitely keep an eye on it. I wouldn't be too concerned unless you noticed a change in his behavior during the day as well.
My son no longer has night terrors but he sure does talk a lot in his sleep at night.
