I have a large ovarian cyst that they might have to remove. If they have to remove it can i still have children later in life?

Of course, you most likely will not be affected in that way. I had a large abnormal cyst removed a year ago from my left ovary and everything is fine. Your fertility would only be compromised if they had to remove part or all of your ovary and even then, if you have just a piece of an ovary, you can still produce eggs with it.
