First things first, if you are ttc and you
aren't sure when you will be ovulating.
You should always have him ejaculate in
you, because you never know
Soncondly, I understand your frustration.
I've been there. When we first started ttc
and I went off the pill, I was bleeding
every 10-15 days. It was awful! And now
I'm on day 90ish of no period...
Anyway, If you are having trouble knowing
when you are ovulating (or not ovulating
at all) I suggest you start tracking your
bbt (basal body temperature) You take your
temp first thing in the morning with a bbt
thermometer and put it in a chart. You can
tell when/if you are ovulatin by this. And
it is pretty much the only way to know.
It is pretty easy to do. And the best part
is it only costs about $7 for the
thermometer and that is it! So, you don't
need to worry about insurance.

charting. When you sign up they give you a
tutorial on how to do it, and what
different things mean. A lot of us here
chart so if you have any questions, we
should be able to help!
I also suggest you start taking prenatal
vitamins if you aren't doing so already
