I am nearly 12 weeks pregnant so all I have been able to take is Tylenol:-P I was woken up with pain shooting from my wrist and fingers down my arm and could not go back to sleep for the life of me. I do not know what it could be besides CTS. I was playing video games last night with my boyfriend and think maybe that triggered it... Nothing seems to help:( even when its perfectly still, it still throbs...Just my left hand... Moving it doesn't make it any better or worse... Hot and cold compresses don't seem to make a difference... It's not swollen and I have not injured it recently... THE PAIN HAS GOT TO STOP! Any advice?

I think that CTS is progressive, rather than episodic. Are you still having these pains?
