Are you sure it's not performance anxiety? As far as my experience goes, foreplay and seminal leakage make me more aroused and I'll maintain an erection longer.

I guess everyone's different. Unfortunately seminal leakage when you're aroused is natural and there's not much you can do about it!

From what ive read so far ..after so much leakage the penis becomes soft .Which is exactly what happens to me
Its caused by masturbating too much but i havent read anywhere if this goes away in time or if medication is need to fix the problem

Where on earth did you read that too much masturbation can lead to too much leakage, which can lead to a soft penis?

If you masturbate right before you decide to have sex, I can understand why it's difficult to get an erection, but other than that, I think what you're reading is false.

Pre-coming is normal. Unless you have actual white semen coming out of your penis without any orgasm... it's fine. If you are ejaculating actual semen and you lose erection, there might be something else wrong.

For a guy to have problems from masturbating I would say they masturbate a couple times a day or everyday and if u do there are more serious issues u have then getting soft! Why would u masturbate so much anyway? Do u really have to nut everyday is it necessary? Now i see if u have sex with ur mate but urself and everyday is not cool! No offense.

This Is What I Was Reading
Am I Premature or Am I Just Leaking?

Although on the surface it seems like seminal leakage and premature ejaculation are quite similar, there is a major difference; seminal leakage is an excessive amount of pre-come. This means that it isn’t your orgasm’s actual ejaculation – it is discharge before your penis is prepared to ejaculate. Whereas normal pre-come is maybe a drop at most, seminal leakage could be as much as normal ejaculate, leaving that person tired and with a soft erection. Also, it isn’t predominantly comprised of semen, although the fluid may contain some.

Premature Ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction – a term used while describing a person who cannot control their ejaculation no matter how long they last. This is why to one person 10 minutes maybe a long time to have sex, while another views 10 minutes as a poor showing in sex and premature. With seminal leakage, you are so far past premature that you don’t even classify as premature. Seminal leakage is a large volume of pre-come that is usually, under normal circumstances, only a drop because of the tight valve on ejaculation during the build up of sexual energy. While the normal amount is only a drop, thus saving the semen for the real ejaculation during orgasm, a large amount of pre-come can cause the penis to be too weak to even get to the next level of sexual activity.

Seminal Leakage 101

Through contractions, semen is normally released through the urethra. However, before the actual ejaculation, there is a lubricating pre-come that is released to clear the urine from the tube. Seminal Leakage is when this pre-come is bigger in volume than normal.
Seminal leakage is a sign of a weakening of the parasympathetic sexual nerve that keeps the ejaculation valve shut, which gives a person control over their ejaculations.

For people with weak parasympathetic sexual nerves, 20-30 minutes of foreplay can drain their bio-energy very low. Once this sexual bio-energy is gone, the penis will have difficulty controlling ejaculation and maintaining a healthy, hard state.
Similar to most premature ejaculation causes, seminal leakage is caused by one or several different reasons: over-masturbation or over-ejaculation, genetic weakness of the parasympathetic function, or excessive testosterone or DHT bound in the prostate's hormonal receptors, resulting in prostate over-sizing. As you can see, some of the causes you can control, while others need to be treated through supplements or drugs. Either way, a person who suffers from seminal leakage and premature ejaculation, will need supplements to help boost the body back to a normal healthy level. From there, it will take steady dosages of medication, as well as dedication to avoid excessive masturbation and taking too much testosterone or testosterone producing supplements.

me too
Yeah I got it too and I read that article too But I only stroke it 2 or 3 times a week. I haven't been with a woman for 2 years and now I think I'm falling in love with this girl. So I was stupid and drank around 10 beers during the night and when we went at it during foreplay I was leaking and then couldn't get a decent erection. DAMMIT! So i'm laying off the sauce and all I can think about is her but now I'm getting leakage just sitting at work while e-mailing her. From the research I can find I think it's just anticipation anxiety and it will be alright after a few tries, but I'm definitely laying off the booze! Embarassed

Same For Me
It took me years to figure out what the hell was wrong with me. It is, over masturbating, weakening something which causes an erection to go limp with the release of pre cum fluids, which with a girl easily happens during foreplay leaving you with nothing to work with for sex. People who don't have this problem don't get it, but it is a real problem and it occurs exactly how I've described. Unfortunately I haven't hit on the solution, but I have had a couple moments where it was better then normal. I keep researching, trying supplements hoping to hit on the answer. Trust me, it does not seem to be a problem that heals itself, once you have the problem. We should keep in contact somehow and try to get the solution for all of us.

Stop wanking around with your health. See a physician.
See a doctor, you knuckleheads. Long-term problems like this can be testicular damage, hyperprolactinemia, or even pituitary gland tumors. The last two are readily treatable (usually with bromocriptine or cabergoline), but eye of newt and quantum sexual tachyon energy balancing won't do it.

If your masturbation is causing damage to the parasympathetic nerve or membrane you are doing some extremely bizarre stuff to yourself. Normal stimulation of the penis by hand or with toys 100-200 times daily cannot damage these parts of a healthy human body. In fact ejaculation reinforces the normal function of this system and prevents possible issues with seminal leakage.

The long and the short: If you are emitting sperm prior to orgasm you have damage to your reproductive organs and need to see doctor. If you are experiencing constant issues maintaining erection after forplay or penetration that don't seem to be anxiety driven, you should see a doctor to evaluate what's going wrong. Seminal leakage is an condition that affects maybe one in 100,000 men worldwide, it's fantastically rare and believed to be genetically driven. There is no medicine that links Seminal leakage to ED or Premature ejaculation. It is a condition that can only be diagnosed and only treated by an MD.

Hey guys,
Vitamin B12 definitely will heal mental exhaustion due to semen loss completely! BUT for me they also can create semen leakage because the sexual nerve that is weak is thrown out of balance by the increased enery-I THINK. Do any of you guys know why though? Could you give some advice?

the problem was that we need to relax and get use to the girl..the going limp thing is just from being nervous kind of like proformence anxiety ...the seminal leakage isnt anything to worry about .ive been with my wife for a couple of years now and it still happens and hell we take advantage of it .kind of like our own personal lube ..my advice ..you can get sexually exhausted from too much masturbation so try and keep it down to a couple of times a weak .but once you learn to relax . you shouldnt have the problem of going limp anymore but as for the seminal leakage? it wont happen all the time but it still will happen when you really turned on ..thats just how it is for me .

You cannot get sexually exhausted from masturbation. Sexual exhaustion was a syndrome that was disproven back in the 70's. If you're experiencing anything more than momentary fatigue or inability to perform following any kind ejaculation you should take a critical look at your diet to make sure you're getting the protien and vitimin B you need to replenish yourself after physical exertion. Barring that talk to your doctor.

You can have all kinds of effects on your body if you believe them strong enough but there's no medical link between masturbation and ED or Seminal leakage.
