Hello Candy Sandy,

Have you been to neurosurgeons/spinal surgeons? If not, you really do need to seek their opinions. I'd suggest that at a minimum you get the advice from at least two neurosurgeons. Three or four would be even better.

At this time not knowing what is causing the pain in the middle of your back I'd reecommend that you NOT have a breast reduction. Family members may have good intentions, but they are not medical professionals.

The knife is the last option in my opinion. I'm certainly going to keep the knife as far away from me as I can for as long as I can. My pain management doc has really helped me.

I wish you the best.

Forgot a most important thing - Find the BEST neurosurgeons/spinal surgeons that you can. Talk to others in your community and get their recommendations. Check out how many spine surgeries they have done. Yes it does take a lot of research, but it is worth it.
