The only risk I know of is infection
(urinary tract) The only way you can do
this is if you have anal sex, pull out and
go directly to vaginal sex. Same thing as
wiping backwards. Bacteria from your bum
does not go well when it touches your
vulva or vagina. Other than that its
completely safe and pain free if you are
doing it right.

You can cause infections in your vagina or
bladder IF you don't clean up properly
afterwards or go from anal sex to vaginal
sex without changing condoms.
Another risk is an increased chance to
catch STDs if you don't use condoms.
Finally, if you have anal sex every day
with large dildos multiple times a day,
you risk permanently stretching the anus,
causing incontinence.

if he is really rough or doesn't use
enough lube, there is a possibility on
tearing your rectum. Sounds pleasant I
know. Just take it slow and gentle, and if
there is bleeding, see your doctor, you
may have hurt something.

Yep, just make sure nothing that has been
in your anus goes into your vagina without
being washed properly! (Fingers, penises,
dildos, tongues, anything)
