Hernia Answer A3431
The “lump on your stomach that comes and goes” might be an indication that you are experiencing a ventral hernia. This hypothesis can be confirmed or excluded by an abdominal surgeon. If the hernia is small you can probably carry a pregnancy but there is always a risk for worsening and enlargening a hernia or complications such as incarceration. You be better off solving the hernia (or what ever it is) issue before getting pregnant.
